Divemaster Tommy Barefield

Another native Panamanian and our newest employee, Tommy has been working on the waterfront for over 8 years now. His last position as Dockmaster of the Bay Point Marina has given him excellent insight into top notch boat operations. He fell into our little scuba family when he decided to take an Underwater Crime Scene Investigation class as an elective while working on his Business degree at FSU-PC. He was also able to earn the AAUS Science Diver rating while at FSU. Tommy graduated from FSU in 2008 and knew it was time to grow up and get a real job.... In short order he upped his recreational certifications and committed to a divemaster internship,  the next best thing. When he isn't being put to work swabbing the decks or splicing line, Tommy enjoys spearfishing and procrastinating on home improvement projects. FYI Tommy is wearing a camouflage wet suit in the above picture, if you look close you can just make him out.

Our Dive Boat is a 36' Newton Dive Special Steel Slinger.

We have capacity for 23 divers but to ensure maximum comfort we limit our charters to 15 passengers for scuba trips, 12 for night dives and 8 for spearing charters.
