Panama City Spearfishing Charters
Diving for Dinner the Most Exciting and Ethical way Possible.
Panama City Spearfishing Boat Staff
Our Dive Boat is a 36' Newton Dive Special Steel Slinger.

36' Newton dive boats are certified for 20 divers but to ensure maximum comfort we limit our charters to 14 passengers for scuba trips, 12 for night dives and 8 for spearing charters. There are currently only 2 dive boats in Panama City that can legally  take divers into Federal waters and shoot reef fish or pelagics; our boat is one of them and Capt Rod on Wreck Raider is the other.

Captain Patrick Green

A Panama City native with 16 years dive experience. He is an FSU graduate, 100 ton Master Captain, Emergency First Response Instructor and PADI Instructor with over 2000 logged dives in the Panama City area. Besides his dive credentials..... his acerbic wit, dashing good looks, and absolute humility are also quite legendary.
Capt Tommy Barefield

Another native Panamaniac, Tommy has been working
on the waterfront for over 9 years now. His last position as Dockmaster of the Bay Point Marina has given him excellent insight into top notch boat operations. He fell into our little scuba family when he decided to take an Underwater Crime Scene Investigation class as an elective while working on his Business degree at FSU-PC. He was also able to earn the AAUS Science Diver rating while at FSU. Tommy graduated from FSU in 2008 and knew it was time to grow up and get a real job.... In short order he upped his recreational certifications and committed to a divemaster internship,  the next best thing. In 2010 Tommy became a PADI MSDT and recieved his 50 ton Captain's License. When he isn't driving the boat or being put to work swabbing the decks or splicing line, Tommy enjoys spearfishing and procrastinating on home improvement projects.

FYI Tommy is wearing a camouflage wet suit in the above picture, if you look close you can just make him out. ;)
